I would like to take this opportunity to remind members that under clause 22.4 of the Club’s Constitution, any member wishing to bring business before the next Annual General Meeting is to give notice of that business in writing. Written notice should be forwarded to National Headquarters, marked for the attention of the Company Secretary, and is to arrive no later than 12noon Friday 30 July 2021. Written notice will also be accepted via email and can be sent to richardbarwick@cmca.net.au. This year’s AGM is proposed to be held on Monday 18 October at the 35^th National Rally held at Bingara Showgrounds in Bingara NSW. The meeting will take place at 9am, with registration commencing at 8am.
