I would like to remind eligible members that direct and proxy voting forms are to be received by 5pm, Wednesday 16 October. Votes will not be accepted after this time. Eligible members attending the annual general meeting on Monday 21 October can vote in person. Registration opens at 8am, with the meeting commencing at 9am.

At the completion of the meeting, Vince Calleja and Margaret Cook will commence their positions as directors on the board. They will replace retiring chairman Garry Lee and director Richard Mainey – who did not seek re-election. I would like to take this opportunity to thank Garry and Richard for their dedication and commitment over the past six and three years respectively.
