We are excited to announce that we have launched our new CMCA RV Park booking system.
This online booking system will allow you to book your stay with us in advance. Bookings will be available from Monday 1 May 2017. CMCA RV Park Ingham QLD will incur a $3 administration fee per person per night, as of Monday 1 May 2017. Our parks at Railton TAS and Euston NSW (opening soon) will incur a $3 administration fee per person per night, from Saturday 1 July 2017. We will not accept cash payments on arrival, all payments will need to be made online via credit card. Custodians will also be able to process credit card payments on site. For additional payment methods, please contact NHQ on 02 4978 8788. Bookings are not essential, however, available sites are not guaranteed.
You will be able to manage your bookings via My CMCA RV Park Bookings which will be located under the Member Services tab in the Member Portal. The payment method will be new to many but it is a relatively simple process and the most practical way to manage the booking system. Each member will have a CMCA RV Park fund account (within the booking system) which funds can be loaded into. Each time you make a booking, the funds are deducted from your CMCA RV Park funds account. You will be able to upload amounts of $15, $30 and $45 to your account at any one time.
Please note, we have established this booking system to reduce administration fees associated with staying at our CMCA RV parks. It is not essential to book your stay in advance, however we cannot guarantee sites will be available.
