As spring is now upon us, all eyes are on the 37th National Rally and the upcoming AGM planned for Mount Gambier, SA. As a part of the AGM, we will deliver Statutory reports, inclusive of one item of business, which is outlined in the Notice of Meeting and Agenda. If you are an Ordinary Member or Honorary Life Member and not able to attend the AGM, you may submit a Direct or Proxy voting form. Please mail your voting forms to the Company Secretary, National Headquarters, PO Box 254 HRMC, NSW 2310 or email your forms to richardbarwick@cmca.au. Direct and Proxy voting forms are to arrive no later than 5:00pm Tuesday 17 September 2024.

The containers left this morning so we know that the organisation will start to ramp up on-site over the next two weeks. It is not too late to register as we still have available sites. Don’t forget to check out the Rally Programme which is available for download HERE.

We have received wonderful support for this event from the City of Mount Gambier, and we ask members to support the tremendous businesses in the region.
