New RV Friendly Town

Our latest RV Friendly Town is Harvey, WA.

Harvey is a charming town in Western Australia, nestled between the vibrant coastline and the scenic Darling Range. The town is located approximately 140 kilometres south of Perth and is known for its agricultural significance, particularly in dairy farming, orchards, and vineyards.

RV travellers wishing to explore the region can base themselves at the Harvey RV Parking Site, located along Sir James Avenue for a maximum of 48 hours. There is no cost to stay; however, bookings are essential. Visitors will have access to bins, potable water and a dump point. Pets on a lead are welcome.

Harvey offers plenty to travellers exploring the region. Some of the town’s cultural highlights include its Italian heritage, which is celebrated through local festivals and landmarks like the Big Orange - a large orange structure with panoramic views over the orchards. There are also lush parks, rivers, and dams nearby, making it popular for picnicking, fishing, and outdoor activities. With its blend of agricultural heritage, natural beauty, and welcoming community, Harvey offers travellers a peaceful yet vibrant experience in the south-west of Western Australia.
