This week, we advised members that voting is now available for eligible members for the upcoming Annual General Meeting in Bingara on Monday 17 October at 9am. The meeting notice and agenda, which includes the proposed motions and explanations along with voting instruments on the CMCA website and were included in September's The Wanderer.

This is a great opportunity for eligible members to cast their vote on potential developments of the Company. Those attending the AGM have several options as they can submit a Direct vote or Proxy prior to the meeting or wait until the meeting is held and vote in person.

Please note that Direct and Proxy votes must arrive at NHQ by 5pm Tuesday 11 October, or delivered in person to myself at the rally by 5pm Friday 14 October 2022.
