We’d like to remind members that it is crucial to ensure that your membership details are up to date. Members who are eligible to vote in the upcoming board election should ensure we have the correct vehicle details, postal address and email address listed in the database in order to receive notification and the applicable voting instruments.

We will be using hard copy and electronic communication in the voting process this year. Eligible members who have a valid email address listed on their membership will receive an email that includes a link to online ballot papers. Members who do not have a valid email address will have ballot papers posted as an insert with The Wanderer or distributed separately a hard copy is no longer received. Please check your membership profile to ensure we have your current contact and vehicle details listed.
