You know the rally is close when some of the volunteers have started arriving on-site at Dalby Showground. The containers were sent off this week and have since arrived on-site, in preparation of the event which runs from 8 – 14 October. We are pleased with the number of registrations to date, with only a few sites still available. If you’re in the region, we encourage you to purchase a day pass for the event. Those with day passes are welcome to stay on-site until the end of evening entertainment on that day. Day passes apply for a fee.
If members would like to attend the AGM, there is no charge for entry. Members will however be required to register for the meeting between 8am-9am on Monday 9 October. We do encourage members to attend as the meeting still requires a quorum. All members in the grounds are welcome to attend. We are all excited for a fun-filled week with plenty of exciting activities for attendees.
Please remember that several states/territories have a public holiday on Monday 2 October, with double demerits applicable in certain states/territories. Please also note that the NHQ Office will be closed on Monday for the public holiday.
