I am pleased to share some exciting news - the Dam Fine Rally is officially returning to Queensland! This much-loved event has been absent from our calendar for a variety of reasons, so it’s fantastic to welcome it back. The rally will be held at Ross Dam, Townsville, from 3–7 July 2026, hosted by the Tropical Coast Wanderers Chapter.

As many will remember, the V8 Supercars follow shortly after in Townsville, giving members the opportunity to continue their travels north to the Christmas in July Rally, and then onto the Quad get together planned approximately two weeks later. Planning is also well underway for the Tasmanian State Rally, to be held in Exeter, Northern Tasmania, from 19–24 February 2026. For those travelling from the mainland, I strongly encourage you to secure your return ferry bookings early, as freight logistics can sometimes make later bookings difficult.
