As Company Secretary, I can advise the membership that as of 12 noon Friday 28 July, I received no business (motions) from any member to be tabled at the 23^rd Annual General Meeting, which will be held on Monday 9 October at the Dalby Showgrounds Complex. The AGM will still take place, with statutory reports being presented to the membership. These will include the Chairman’s Report, CEO’s Report, Finance Report, and the Returning Officer’s Report. It is imperative that we still meet our requirements to have a quorum in place, to move and second these reports and ask any pertinent questions regarding the reports.

It’s not too late to register for the rally, which commences on Sunday 8 October. You register online via the CMCA website or by calling NHQ on 02 4978 8788. The programme is close to being finalised, with some key seminars and presentations not to be missed.
