As company secretary, I would like to advise the membership that I have received no proposed business (motions) for the 20th Annual General Meeting to be held in Bundaberg Main Pavilion – Bundaberg Recreation Precinct on Wednesday 30 September 2020.
Therefore the Annual General Meeting will consist of the following statutory reports:
• Returning Officer’s Report
I would like to emphasise that we still need members to attend the meeting as the Constitution requires 200 members present in person to constitute a quorum. The Club will be holding a barbecue lunch on completion of the AGM for all those attending. Further details on live streaming and registration will be forwarded to members shortly.
At the conclusion of the AGM, retiring Director Gary Rebgetz will stand down and I would like to take this opportunity to thank him for his wonderful service over the last six years as a director. Gary has also served time as a director on previous occasions.
