With the release of the Notice of Meeting and Agenda for the Company’s Nineteenth Annual General Meeting, I would like to remind eligible members that it is important to contribute to the future direction of the Club. The AGM will take place on Monday 21 October 2019 at the National Rally in Elmore, Victoria, and there are several methods eligible members can use to vote. Those attending the rally can vote in person at the AGM, and members who are not able to attend the AGM can vote by direct or proxy voting forms. These have been published in The Wanderer and sent to members via email or post (only members without a valid email address will receive the booklet via post). These voting forms are also available on our website for download and printing. They can be completed and either returned to the company secretary by post - Po Box 254, HRMC NSW 2310, email - richardbarwick@cmca.net.au or in person at NHQ. Votes must be received no later than 5pm, Wednesday 16 October 2019.
