New RV Friendly Town

Our latest RV Friendly Town is Bundaberg QLD!

Bundaberg sits on Queensland’s glorious coastline, approximately 385 kilometres north of Brisbane. Centered on the picturesque Burnett River, at the southern tip of the Great Barrier Reef, this city retains a natural charm and relaxed lifestyle, which appeals to residents and visitors alike.

RV travellers will find short-term parking available at Hinkler Lions Tourist Park, which is located along University Drive. Parking is only available for up to 24 hours and for people travelling in self-contained vehicles. There is no cost involved to stay on-site, and access to toilets and water is included. A dump point is also located at the park for convenience and so is potable water.

When visiting the Bundaberg region, experience an array of tourist attractions including a distillery tour of the popular Bundaberg Rum, and visit other popular sites such as Mon Repos Turtle Rookery and Hinkler Hall of Aviation. With an equable climate, relaxed lifestyle, modern shopping facilities and world-class eco-tourism experiences, Bundaberg is a wonderful place to visit.
