I would like to take this opportunity to remind you that under clause 22.4 of the CMCA Constitution, any member wishing to bring business before the 21^st Annual General Meeting is to give notice of that business in writing. It is to be forwarded to NHQ, marked for the attention of the Company Secretary, and is to arrive no later than 12 noon Friday 30 July 2021. The AGM is proposed to be held at the 35^th National Rally in Bingara, NSW on Monday 18 October. At this stage, it is planned that the rally will go ahead. However, the Board will evaluate and make a confirmed decision at next month’s Board meeting. Members will be advised of the outcome accordingly. Either way, the Annual General Meeting must be held, and we will advise members of an alternate venue if required.
