Hi everyone

I have written to all chapter and special interest group committees encouraging them to collectively support the national drought appeal. As you may be aware, CMCA has donated $5,000 towards the Buy a Bale campaign to commence our fundraising efforts. There will be additional efforts undertaken at the 33rd National Rally in Gunnedah, NSW as this location is one of the many areas on the eastern seaboard affected by this devastating drought.

We have been encouraging all members to donate and now we are asking chapters & SIGs to do the same. Drought, no matter where in Australia it occurs, affects us all. We would like to be advised if your chapter decides to support the campaign.

What ever the donation, the cause is well-worth supporting.
