I would like to advise the membership that the Notice of Meeting and Agenda for the Club’s 20^th Annual General Meeting and Financial Report for the Year Ended 30 June 2020 will be available on the CMCA website from Monday. All members with an email address will also receive the documents via email. Those members who do not have an email address will receive a copy with their September edition of The Wanderer or separately to the postal address listed on their membership. Members who would like to receive a hard copy of the documents can contact NHQ on 02 4978 8788 and one will be forwarded via post.

As previously stated, the AGM will be held at the Bundaberg Recreational Precinct on Wednesday 30 September 2020 at 9am. I would like to remind members that to pre-register their attendance. This is a simple process that can be completed online or by phoning the office on 02 4978 8788. As per our Constitution, we require 200 Ordinary Members physically present at the meeting to constitute a quorum - which we are hopeful of achieving. The Club will be holding a barbecue lunch on completion of the AGM for those attending. This will be hosted by the Bundaberg Lions Club. Please be advised that COVID-19 rules and regulations will apply at this event.

I would also like to advise members that the September edition of The Wanderer was distributed today. Hopefully, members start receiving this edition much earlier than the August magazine; however, Australia Post continues to report daily that their network is being severely impacted by COVID-19 and to expect delays.
