CEO Weekly Message

Firstly, I would like to acknowledge the retirement of our long-standing Member Services Officer Adele Gillard. Adele has been with CMCA for over 10 years, assisting members with phone and email enquiries. Adele has been a great asset to this Club and has enjoyed helping and getting to know our members. We wish Adele all the best for this next phase of her life. On behalf of the members and staff, I would like to thank Adele for everything she has done for the Club.

As many would have read in our recent Club Newsletter, KT Insurance has advised that they have undertaken a range of improvements to the systems that administer their insurance policies and therefore continuing to provide our members with the benefits you’ve come to know and trust from them. Some further details may be requested from you by KT Insurance at renewal time that you may not have provided in the past. You do not need to take any action, however; you can expect to receive communication from KT Insurance via email approximately 3 months prior to your policy renewal. The KT team may also try to contact you via phone in the period leading up to the renewal of your policy. If you have any questions about your insurance policy with KT Insurance or are interested in obtaining cover, please contact the team on 1300 261 261.

Speaking of KT Insurance, we are very excited that several Call Centre, Claims, Valuations and Management staff members will be attending the National Rally. They will be available in person to assist members with any enquiries. You will be able to book a valuation time when you arrive at the rally. I must also advise that the early bird registration closes for the rally on Saturday 17 September – that gives members almost a week register at this discounted rate.

Finally, on behalf of CMCA, I would like to pass on our deepest condolences to the Royal Family on the passing of Queen Elizabeth II. She was a tremendous person and leader, not just in Great Britain but also the world, for over 70 years.

Safe travelling

Richard
