This week, there has been discussion on social media regarding the Roadside Assistance package offered through Ken Tame and Associates. I have received official advice that in response to the changes from the Hayne Royal Commission, Ken Tame and Associates is no longer facilitating the Roadside Assistance package. Allianz Global has always operated this service, and will continue to do so, with all enquiries now being directed to their Roadside Assistance department. CMCA is endeavouring to strengthen this partnership and is currently in negotiation with Allianz Global to offer an additional benefit to our membership. Please be assured that when changes happen outside CMCA’s control, we will always endeavour to find additional member benefits for you to access.
