It was my pleasure this week to attend the Tasmanian State Rally and present an update on all things CMCA, including our future plans. I would like to congratulate Rally Manager John Gregory and his marvellous team for delivering such a well-attended event. With over 150 vehicles, 260 attendees, 51 first timers and 31 memberships from the mainland, it was a fantastic result. Well done to everyone involved.

As many of you will have seen on the Board Page of The Wanderer, the Board has developed a strategic plan focused on growing membership and future-proofing the club. This is an exciting initiative, and we look forward to your support in achieving our goals.

Our focus is on becoming a true “people’s club” - more inclusive, more welcoming, and offering even greater value to members while maintaining the same membership fee. We have exciting plans to expand opportunities for like-minded people to be involved, and over the next six months you will see increased communication from the Board and NHQ as we share more details. We encourage you to come along for the ride as we continue to enhance everything we do for your benefit.
