Next week we will be distributing the Notice of Meeting and Agenda, including the Financial Report for the Year Ended 30 June 2023. This will be distributed through email communication to most members. Those without a valid email address on their membership will receive an SMS link to their listed mobile number, while those without a mobile number will receive a hard copy to their postal address. If you don’t receive any of the above, you can view the documents on our website or can call NHQ to request a hard copy version that we can forward on to you.

This will be presented at the Company’s 23^rd Annual General Meeting on Monday 9 October at the Dalby Showground Complex commencing at 9am.

Speaking of the rally in Dalby, we only have about 60 sites left until the rally is full. Even though we may not have sites available, members can still attend the rally each day. Some members choose to stay off-site as they have secured power or other sources elsewhere. Register now, so you don’t miss out!
