I would like to remind members that voting for year’s Board of Directors Election closes next Friday 10 September at 12 noon. All electronic votes will need to be made by this time, and ballot papers are required to arrive at the advertised address by this time as well. Once the count is completed, the Returning Officer will advise me of the results which we will then communicate to members via our communication channels.

The Notice of Meeting and Agenda for the Company’s Twenty-first Annual General Meeting and Financial Report for the Year Ended 30 June 2021 has also been made available online for you to view. If you require a hard copy, please contact the office on 02 4978 8788 or email enquiries@cmca.net.au.

Members will also notice that in this afternoon’s September Newsletter, we included a link to a Member Satisfaction Survey. I would like you to consider completing this detailed survey of 46 questions, as we are seeking your honest feedback about several aspects of the Club. The two main reasons for conducting this survey online are that it is cost effective and reaches 98% of the membership who have an active email address and internet access. The results of the information provided will allow us to plan new initiatives and improve the services we currently provide for our members. Such information is vital for any business, especially when we are going through various changes mainly because of Covid-19.  I do thank you in advance for taking the time to complete our survey.
