ALGA Conference

We've reached the final day of the Australian Local Government Association Conference in Canberra, and once again it has been an outstanding success for CMCA. We have been able to engage with many key decision makers in council who now realise the importance of developing RV Tourism. Many of the leads regarding potential developments in CMCA RV Parks, dump point installations and RV Friendly Town applications will be followed up in coming months. The NSW Government Environment and Tourism grant the Club received has been well accepted by many NSW councils, with a number looking to take advantage of the funding to install a new or additional dump point in their town. Pictured below is our CEO Richard Barwick, Cooma Monaro Mayor Cr John Rooney, Cr Mick Fuller from Berri Barmera (SA) and CMCA Chairman Garry Lee.
