The King’s Own is located in The Rock, a small picturesque country town, 20-minutes south of Wagga Wagga. The grounds are situated on 14-acres of land with plenty of shaded areas, giving RV travellers ample choice when it comes to securing the perfect parking spot. This small, family run business aims to please customers, any stay at the hotel is guaranteed to be an enjoyable time.
Those looking to park at The King’s Own can access an unpowered site a no charge. Powered sites are also available, however these will cost $20 per vehicle per night. Toilet and shower facilities are available to all campers free of charge; however, access to laundry facilities will cost $10 per day. The hotel only caters for self-contained vehicles, and parking is only available for up to 72 hours. There is plenty to explore during a stay in The Rock.
Many enjoy their visit to The Rock Lookout, which offers stellar scenic views of the surrounding area, with great birdwatching opportunities. Visitors are also encouraged to keep their eyes peeled for the regions stunning wildflowers, particularly bluebells and yellow wattle. After a busy day exploring the area, The King’s Own offers a great place to dine, open from 4pm Monday to Wednesday and 12pm Thursday to Sunday.
