New RV Friendly Town

Our latest RV Friendly Town is Goulburn, NSW!

As Australia’s first inland city, Goulburn is a regional centre incredibly rich in heritage, contemporary services and natural beauty. The town is located approximately 195 kilometres south-west of Sydney and 90 kilometres north-east of Canberra and is a popular stopover for those travelling along the Hume Highway.

RV travellers looking for an easy stopover will find parking available at the visitor information centre. Parking is only available for up to 24 hours at no cost and includes access to toilets during business hours. Potable water is also available at the visitor information centre, while the town’s dump point is accessible at Marsden Weir Park on Fitzroy St.

A short stopover just might not be enough time, with Goulburn offering its visitors an array of activities. Learn about the tales of the town’s past at one of the many museums or admire the work of the local and acclaimed artists in one of their galleries. The more adventurous can explore the unspoiled bushland or visit one of the many neighbouring towns.
