I am writing to you live from Dalby, as we prepare for the influx of members who will be attending the 36^th National Rally here in the Western Downs Region of Queensland. The 200 volunteers have done an outstanding job setting up the site for the week of activities that kick off on Sunday. At this stage, we will have 640 vehicles on-site, which is equivalent of 1, 050 individual members. Out of this number, we have a whopping 290 members attending a national rally for the first time – welcome to our First Timers.

I would like to thank Judy Forster and her magnificent team of volunteers for all of their hard work in preparation for the event.

If you are in the area, you are welcome to attend the rally as a day visitor. By purchasing a day pass, you can join in on that day’s activities and stay until the completion of the evening entertainment.

With many of members on their way to Dalby, and travelling to other parts of the country, I ask that you travel safely.
