Our latest RV Friendly Town is Macksville, NSW!

Macksville is a charming riverside town located in the Mid North Coast region of New South Wales. Situated along the Pacific Highway, the town sits on the banks of the Nambucca River, offering picturesque water views and a relaxed atmosphere. With a population of around 3,000 people, Macksville serves as a key service hub for the surrounding rural communities.

Visitors can park for up to 24 hours at the Macksville Memorial Aquatic and Fitness Centre on Cooper Street, free of charge. Vehicles must be self-contained; however, the site offers a dump point, bins, and toilets, and pets on a lead are allowed. Potable water is available at the Lions Park, Ferry Street.

Macksville’s warm, welcoming community and stunning river views make it an ideal getaway. Visitors can enjoy boating, fishing, and scenic waterfront walks, as well as explore charming cafes, historic pubs, and vibrant local markets. The town’s peaceful atmosphere and scenic location creates the perfect setting for a relaxing getaway.
