At the Club’s 19th Annual General Meeting that was held this morning, in conjunction with the 34th National Rally in Elmore, Vic and with 660 members attending, the only motion that was proposed at the meeting was LOST. Members presenting both sides of the motion outlined their reasoning; however, the outcome was:

VOTES FOR - 340

VOTES AGAINST - 218

DIRECT VOTES FOR - 285

DIRECT VOTES AGAINST - 188

PROXY VOTES FOR - 69

PROXY VOTES AGAINST – 15

TOTAL FOR - 694

TOTAL AGAINST - 421

The required number of votes for the motion to be successful under a special resolution is 75%.
